Before this I worked as a sub-contractor in the Web Industry. I have been making websites since I was 13 and a portfolio/resume is available on request.

How do I do … in PhotoShop / HTML / CSS / JavaScript ?
See previous.
Are you available for a paid project?

I am currently employed full-time and unable to accept any major gigs.

If you were available, what would be your hourly rate?

I don't have a fixed hourly rate, but a ballpark range would be ~$35/hour.

Are you available for a pro-bono project?
If its small [under 20 hrs] then Yes. If not, I might be able to connect you with students, willing to work for a charity or non-profit project to beef up portfolios.
If this is a 'wood' style website, where is the piece of paper with coffee cup stains on it ?
I tried to go minimalist with this re-design and avoid clique ornamentation like notepads and wrinkled paper with coffee stains.
